The conference centre can accommodate 85 people mainly in single rooms, although there are some double and twin rooms available on first come, first served basis (please request this when booking with Emmaus).

The rooms are warm and comfortable and all have en-suite bathrooms. All participants will also have access to the extensive grounds with mature gardens, and a therapy room where you can avail of Bio Energy treatments (further information here).

Summary: How to Register
1. Contact Emmaus directly to book either their residential or non-residential package (details below)
2. Then register for the Convention on our Registration page

To get the most benefit from the Convention we recommend that that you stay at Emmaus so that you can immerse yourself fully in the atmosphere, but for a few this will not suit and it is possible to commute daily if you live or stay nearby. If you stay at Emmaus the price includes all your meals and use of the facilities. If you are staying elsewhere you can book your non residential package directly with the Emmaus Centre (please do so before mid-March 2017).

Special requirements

Most dietary requirements can be catered for - but it is essential that you advise Emmaus, when booking with them, and re-confirm with them on arrival.

If you have a disability or other special requirements, please discuss these with Emmaus prior to booking, and they will advise you on facilities. Emmaus is suitable for wheelchair users - there is a lift and parking immediately outside the main entrance. Emmaus can give you further details if required.
